So today there was a big fire dowtown, the whole building was destroyed!! So me being a guy what do I do? I go take pictures of it! In the process of my picture taking, I walk down and ally and about 8 seconds later I feel a hand around my arm and I'm being spun around into the face of this cop...aka the scariest woman ever! she said i couldnt walk down the ally. That was that...

It's official, I now have one of the most popular videos on google. Thats right me, Mr. Brennan Wilkins am a movie star being seen around the world. What movie you ask? It would be the one where my good friend Don pours rubbing alcohol on my head...the funny part was that it had just been shaven and I had suffered several head wounds. And how famous am I you ask? Tonight, for no appearant reason I became curious as to whether or not deodorent had instructions.

I went to my bathroom, grabbed my newly purchased deodorant and to my dismay it said this
" Directions- Use under arms only"

I want to know something...what genius decided to try and place this on his toungue, or eyeball, or chest....come on people!

It's good to be a kid sometimes!

So tonight was soo cool! Im sitting in class and its starts to thunder... then sprinkle..then rain a little. As I got of the train to walk home, it unleashed! It was a delige from heaven. So what do I do? Go out and run around in it, jump in puddles, dance a lil, all why wearing the biggest smile ever. I walking by people huddled under overhangs, as I'm getting blown around by the wind! It was awesome, its so fun to get to be a kid with reckless abandon!

Today was the first official service for Willow Creek- Chicago. It was incredible....3,500 people...for the first service EVER! The production was incredible, the sound: awesome, and Bill Hybels nailed it!


Ok Im happy and definently found a new church that feels like home!

You know...I realized something today...something really good... This may sound all sappy and cheesey, but who cares...
I realized that even though the beggining of the summer really sucked, and the rest of it was non stop madness, life is really really good. I'm happy where I am, in life. I'm in a better spot with God than I've been in years, I find myself wanting more and more, and really trying to focus on what he has for me. I can finnally play frisbee again, something I really really love to do. and I've gotten to reconnect with the friends I had to abruptly leave last year, as well as I've made a really really good friend! School is finally getting a little harder, which is good because I don't feel like im wasting money. So yea, thats the tip of the iceberg...whoo hoo
